Secretary
Job Description
The role of the Secretary is primarily to support the Senior Leadership Team in day to day tasks by providing secretarial and administrative assistance. The role is to ensure that the good image of QNB is enhanced through efficient and timely actions.
Experience:
- Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team in their day to day tasks
- Interact proactively with the various departments within the Branch and Head Office
- Arrange regular travel itineraries
- Manage complex diaries and organize internal and external meetings
- Provide support to senior VIP visits to Head Office
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with daily tasks
- Organize agendas and travel trips
- Manage complex diaries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of experience with 2 years at a similar executive level
- Secretarial / PA experience preferably in the financial services industry
