CX Solution Advisor (One-Year Fixed-Term Renewable Contract)
Job Description
As the CX Solution Advisor, you will be the go-to person for any CX solution or product questions within the sales team. You will leverage your deep expertise in specific CX solutions to support the entire sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales
- Provide standard and customized solution demonstrations
- Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations
- Evaluate account qualification criteria
- Conduct dry runs on strategic deals
- Transition engagement to implementation partner/Services teams
Qualifications
- Professional experience with large software/IT organizations
- 3-5 years of relevant CX solutions/Lines of Business experience
- Saudi national (local mandates)
