Job Description

This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for HR initiatives and employee operations. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve our employees' HR inquiries from on-boarding to exit administration. - Provide assistance for HR Systems, Administration, Payroll, Rewards, and Performance Management. - Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday). - Oversee the company vehicle fleet operations. - Help with implementation of innovative HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve employees' HR inquiries throughout the employee life-cycle
  • Maintain and optimize Workday and other HR systems
  • Generate insightful HR reports and conduct data analysis
  • Oversee the company vehicle fleet operations and compliance
  • Implement innovative HR processes to improve employee experience
  • Co-work with the MENACAT HR team

Qualifications

  • Experience: minimum 1 year of progressive experience in HR operations
  • In-depth expertise in Algerian labor laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
