HR Operations Coordinator (2-year contract)
Job Description
This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for HR initiatives and employee operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve our employees' HR inquiries from on-boarding to exit administration.
- Provide assistance for HR Systems, Administration, Payroll, Rewards, and Performance Management.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Oversee the company vehicle fleet operations.
- Help with implementation of innovative HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Resolve employees' HR inquiries throughout the employee life-cycle
- Maintain and optimize Workday and other HR systems
- Generate insightful HR reports and conduct data analysis
- Oversee the company vehicle fleet operations and compliance
- Implement innovative HR processes to improve employee experience
- Co-work with the MENACAT HR team
Qualifications
- Experience: minimum 1 year of progressive experience in HR operations
- In-depth expertise in Algerian labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
