STAFF NURSE I
Job Description
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process and meeting the established standard of nursing practice and performance. Demonstrates leadership competencies while in charge or acting as shift resource/team leader.
Responsibilities
- Provides total patient care as assigned
- Assumes accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
- Documents all relevant information correctly and timely
- Reports equipment failures and safety issues
- Acts as an advocate for patients and families
- Participates in new staff/nursing student orientation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Two (2) years of Nursing experience with Bachelor’s or four (4) years with Associate Degree/Diploma
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure from country of origin
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure
