Job Description
Rosewood Doha is looking for a Manor Club Team Leader to be responsible for all aspects of guest service in the Manor Club Lounge, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Ensures brand standards are implemented daily
- Maintains par stocks of equipment and supplies
- Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage
- Strictly adheres to policies for cashiering and cash handling
- Conduct Hotel/Apartment Check-In’s and Check-Out’s
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage items
- Understands fire, hygiene and health and safety regulations
