Land Surveyor (Building Construction)
Job Description
The Land Surveyor is responsible for carrying out accurate land and construction surveys for building projects. The role involves setting out, level control, and measurement of construction works.
Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic and boundary surveys
- Establish and maintain benchmarks and control points
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment
- Prepare as-built drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
