Industrial Kitchen Equipment (Hot & Cold) Expert
Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair industrial kitchen equipment (hot and cold), including ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, dishwashers, chillers, and cold storage units. Diagnose equipment faults and perform routine preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain industrial kitchen equipment
- Diagnose faults and provide solutions
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain service reports and coordinate with management
- Provide operational guidance to kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience with industrial/commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of both hot and cold equipment
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
