Sales Engineer - Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Genetec is a global Canadian company with a broad solutions portfolio encompassing security, intelligence, and operations. We serve customers within various industries including transportation, education, and government. The Sales Engineer Saudi Arabia collaborates closely with various teams, particularly the Sales team, Field Project Engineers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Sales Networks, to position Genetec's solutions and products. They are the technical point of contact for customers and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Genetec's software and hardware products
- Define the solutions best suited to the requirements of our customers and partners
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, customers and partners
- Present high-level demonstrations of our entire product range
- Provide technical support to sales teams in response to customer specifications
- Participate in specialized security trade shows, exhibitions and seminars
- Implement complex software solutions
- Travel 30-40% of the time
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in electronics, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years' professional experience in roles requiring regular exchanges with customers or partners
- Initial experience in a pre-sales role in an innovative IT or security company
- Knowledge of the security market
- Professional level of Arabic and English
