Senior Manager – Procurement, Supply Chain & Local Content
Job Description
Play a pivotal leadership role in the Performance Improvement practice, with a strong focus on procurement and local content. Lead complex, high-impact engagements across the Middle East, predominantly in KSA, driving sustainable EBITDA and working capital improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and delivery of high-value performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple, complex projects
- Build and maintain trusted senior-level client relationships
- Drive business development efforts and develop go-to-market strategies
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers and senior consultants
- Contribute to thought leadership and practice development
- Leverage global network for innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 12+ years of total work experience, including at least 7 years in operations improvement or procurement advisory roles
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
