Job Description
As Head of Human Resources at SCCT, you’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, leading the full spectrum of HR functions to support SCCT’s operational and strategic goals. This includes shaping people strategy and building future-ready capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the People Strategy
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning
- Drive talent acquisition and succession planning
- Manage employee and industrial relations
- Oversee compensation and benefits
Qualifications
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12–15 years of experience in terminal or industrial environments
- At least 5 years in senior leadership
