Job Description

The Call Center Sales Associate plays a key role in lead conversion and revenue generation for the clinic. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, and converting inquiries into confirmed consultations and treatment packages.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing leads provided by the clinic
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and promptly
  • Clearly explain cosmetic, dermatology, and aesthetic services
  • Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatment packages
  • Follow up with leads to improve conversion and attendance rates
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
  • Accurately update lead status, call outcomes, and bookings in the system
  • Coordinate with reception and medical teams to ensure smooth patient scheduling

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in call center sales, telesales, or clinic sales
  • Experience in medical or cosmetic clinics is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with KPIs
  • Professional attitude and appearance
