Female Occupational Therapist
Job Description
Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment, and intervention services to individuals with various physical, cognitive, and developmental challenges.
Responsibilities
- Meets the patient's goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations
- Helps patient develop or regain physical or mental functioning
- Promotes maximum independence by selecting and constructing therapies
- Evaluates results of occupational therapy by observing and evaluating patient's progress
- Documents patient care services in patient and department records
- Maintains patient confidence and protects Clinic operations
- Prepare and deliver trainings for families and service providers
- Participates/lead in the clinic's activities such as events and awareness sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid license or registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in working with individuals with behavioral autism is highly desirable
- Sensory Integration Certification is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic languages
