Job Description
La Cigale Hotel Managed by Accor is looking for a Commis. Reporting to the Chef De Partie, responsibilities include maintaining proper rotation of product and helping in preparing hot food and soups.
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper rotation of product in chillers to minimize wastage
- Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate
- Helps in preparing hot food and soups under guidance
- Helps with the Kitchen sanitation and hygiene
- Assists in checking equipment and utensils for faults
- Attend all scheduled training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the culinary field required
- Diploma Certification in a culinary discipline an asset
