Job Description
Intellias is strengthening the capabilities in delivery leadership and is looking for a seasoned executive to join as VP Delivery for Digital Business. The VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The role reports to the Chief Delivery Officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality service to clients
- Develop and implement best practices and processes
- Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Lead top-priority pre-sales
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies
- Stay up-to-date with software engineering trends
Qualifications
- MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science or related engineering area
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field
- Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people
- Strong program and portfolio management skills
- Deep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
