Job Description
Responsible for managing and driving sales for a GMG sports store. Includes managing store operations, visual merchandising, customer service, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Communicate store targets and drive sales
- Maintain loss prevention standards
- Oversee POS activities and cash management
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Monitor inventory management and stock potential
- Train team in inventory and restocking techniques
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Retail Experience in GCC
