People Experience - Senior Lead
Job Description
The People Experience Senior Lead is accountable for the end-to-end management, execution, and continuous improvement of People Experience operations, with primary ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, employee lifecycle administration, and employee relations execution. The role directly manages People Experience Specialists and ensures high service standards and audit readiness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Quality Management or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Experience / Employee Lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience managing HR operational teams
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee lifecycle practices
