Analyst
Job Description
Provide support to NBD transaction teams through various stages of a transaction lifecycle from pre-qualification to proposal submission and financial closure. Conduct financial, techno-commercial, and market analysis activities. Responsible for supporting diligence (technical, commercial), structuring, financing, and execution of large-scale infrastructure and PPP projects. Support senior team members in origination, prepare pitches and presentations, and manage datarooms. Conduct in-depth financial analysis including financial modelling and valuation. Support coordination with technical team during bid preparation.
Responsibilities

- Support bid preparation, negotiations, and financial close
- Initiate preparation of high-quality pitches and presentations
- Manage datarooms with advisors and partners
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment
- Support coordination with project SPV team during construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / High school diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or project finance
