Equipment Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment, HVAC/Refrigeration and Kitchen Exhaust Hoods & Ducts. Provide supervision and guidance to Equipment Maintenance personnel assigned within your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Act as person-in-charge in absence of Manager
- Supervise Equipment Maintenance personnel
- Repair Commercial Kitchen and Refrigeration Equipment
- Ensure Maintenance Team responds to service calls timely
- Upload scheduled PM Inspection reports
- Manage tools, PPE, and parts inventories
- Escort sub-contractor technicians
Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience in HVAC/Refrigeration and commercial kitchen appliance service
- Valid Driver License
- Must possess an 8 Hour Food Handlers certification
