Deputy Director of Sales
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead the sales activities for BYD KSA's passenger vehicle center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring that sales targets are met, and developing strategies to expand BYD’s market share in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels
- Identify key growth opportunities and drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Lead the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to monitor and drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in both B2B and B2C sectors
- Understand customer needs and market trends to offer tailored solutions
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all sales touchpoints
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industries
- Proven track record in managing both B2B and B2C sales channels
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in electric vehicles, is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English is required
