Job Description
Job Purpose
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service at company retail locations in Jeddah by engaging with customers, presenting products, achieving individual sales targets, and supporting store operations. The Salesperson will represent the brand, support merchandising and stock activities, and contribute to a positive shopping experience that builds customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers to understand their needs; provide product information, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations to maximize conversion and basket value.
- Achieve individual sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation; set up displays and ensure product placement follows brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and follow cash handling and payment procedures.
- Support inventory management by receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock; participate in stock counts and report discrepancies to store leadership.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints courteously and efficiently; escalate complex issues to supervisors to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Participate in training, product briefings, and team meetings to maintain product knowledge and improve selling skills.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures at all times.
- Support promotional activities, events, and store-level campaigns as required, including working flexible hours, weekends, and peak trading periods.
- Collaborate with colleagues and store management to deliver a seamless customer experience and help achieve overall store performance goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary or post-secondary studies in retail, sales, or a related field are a plus
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Basic numeracy and experience using point-of-sale systems and common business tools (email, mobile apps)
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to work and travel within Jeddah as required
