Senior Consultant Talent Solutions Consulting
Job Description
Diagnose client problems and build an actionable plan to address identified gaps. Use an analytical approach to structure ambiguous problems, extract qualitative and quantitative insights from data, and come up with solutions. Fosters long term mutually beneficial relationship between client organizations and Aon. Manage projects of small to mid-complexity. Contribute to thought leadership in the industry vertical with articles and white papers. Focus on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in HR consulting
- Experience in Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking or Org Design
