Sales Customer Service Agent
Job Description
To support the Customer queries with utter most professional manner, followed by the script provided by business development team. To support customers with requests about product pricing, product stock availability, channel basket menu engineering, order tracking responsibilities. It is important to keep product specification sheets, data sheets, and quality certificates organized and to provide them promptly whenever customers or the sales team request them. Support Business development team and category team to contact potential customer leads and introduce products according to their business and menu need. To help the category business development team reach customers and inform them about seasonal activities through what’s app, direct calls, and e-mails. Forward all unique special leads to BDMs and the sales team for conversion into sales. Process RTVs, exchanges, or order corrections when necessary. Maintain accurate customer data and order records in the system for all regions. Verify qualifies leads and convert collected leads at industry events such as HORECA exhibitions and road shows. They are to be pass them to the RSMs for sales conversions. Help category team implement all trade marketing activities and share information promptly collected via customer calls. Conduct customer satisfaction survey periodically. Run MRI – market research intelligence related to pricing comparisons. Mass communication for NPDs, Trade offers, price updates to the customers. Create SOPs and manuals to streamline and documented processes and inform to the related departments. Daily sales calls and upsell to penetrate new items with existing and new customers. Public newsletter quarterly for food service subsidiary Handle social media accounts LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
