Responsibilities
- Receive the new pickups closed in bosta flyers
- Ensure that the tracking number was written correctly on the flyer
- Receive the shipments on the system and add tracking numbers to the sheet
- Arrange day-to-day dispatch of the shipments and sort shipments based on delivery addresses
- Add the cash collection and Refund shipments to the courier’s routes
- Monitor the Stars Wallets and ensure collected CODs amount deposition
- Make verification calls on undelivered or canceled shipments
- Cancel refused shipments on the system
- Transfer canceled orders after exceeding holding period at the hub
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics field, in e-commerce or shipping industry
- Only graduates are eligible for this role
