Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Dubai Real Estate to lead, manage, and scale our sales team. Zenora International specializes in off-plan and secondary market property sales and provides strong marketing support and qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Dubai real estate projects
- Drive off-plan and secondary market property sales
- Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue goals are met
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales agents
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
- Track sales pipelines and performance using CRM systems
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- In-depth knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties
