Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Dubai Real Estate to lead, manage, and scale our sales team. Zenora International specializes in off-plan and secondary market property sales and provides strong marketing support and qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of real estate sales executives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Dubai real estate projects
  • Drive off-plan and secondary market property sales
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue goals are met
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales agents
  • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
  • Track sales pipelines and performance using CRM systems
  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties
