Job Description
Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee site supervision for luxury residential and 5-star hotel developments in Ras Al Khaimah.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
- Ensure systems meet luxury hotel operational and comfort requirements.
- Review mechanical shop drawings and method statements.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and system performance verification.
- Support snagging and final handover to operators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10–15 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Experience in 5-star hotels and branded residences
