Job Description

Aufinity is a Cologne-based FinTech scale-up. As Head of Sales Spain, you will be responsible for High-Value Sales & Market Acquisition, with a core focus on acquiring leading car dealer groups in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of leading car dealer groups in Spain
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for the Spanish market
  • Maintain and build up the customer base in Spain
  • Building, coaching, and managing the local sales team
  • Structured reporting on country performance and sales activities

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or comparable
  • At least 10 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience building and scaling digital B2B business models in SaaS
  • Business fluent in Spanish and English
  • Valid driver's license
