Job Description
Our client, a prominent name in the luxury fashion world, is looking to appoint an experienced Store Manager to lead their boutique in Bahrain. This person will take full ownership of the store's day-to-day performance, client experience, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every client interaction feels personal and consistent with luxury expectations
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients
- Lead and mentor the store team through regular coaching
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Oversee stock levels, product flow, and operational processes
- Ensure store meets visual guidelines
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years' management experience within luxury fashion or accessories
- Strong exposure to Bahrain market, with an existing network of clients
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to turn KPIs into results
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus
