Job Description

Lead and manage all aspects of human resources and talent acquisitions, reporting to the Managing Director. Manage payroll, compensation, performance appraisals, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement talent identification and recruitment
  • Oversee the performance management process and appraisals
  • Develop and implement HR policies across Jordan and UAE
  • Draft job descriptions and internal authorities matrix
  • Develop employee grievance mechanisms
  • Administrate employee records and digital HR platforms
  • Lead the compensation management process

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as an HR lead, manager or associate
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
