HR and Administrative Lead (IC6)
Job Description
Lead and manage all aspects of human resources and talent acquisitions, reporting to the Managing Director. Manage payroll, compensation, performance appraisals, and training.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement talent identification and recruitment
- Oversee the performance management process and appraisals
- Develop and implement HR policies across Jordan and UAE
- Draft job descriptions and internal authorities matrix
- Develop employee grievance mechanisms
- Administrate employee records and digital HR platforms
- Lead the compensation management process
Qualifications
- 2+ years as an HR lead, manager or associate
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
