CRM Medical Lead - Riyadh
Job Description
Novartis is looking for a CRM Medical Lead in Riyadh. The individual will focus on optimizing patient access and outcomes by providing compound and disease area medical expertise. You will shape and implement Local and Global Therapeutic Area strategy through evidence generation and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of local Medical Affairs strategic plans.
- Lead identification of strategic drivers and patient journey elaboration.
- Engage with key scientific leaders and patient associations.
- Gather and share relevant captured insights from advisory boards.
- Ensure medical enquiries are responded to in a high quality and timely manner.
- Provide medical/scientific input into clinical trial activities.
- Ensure medical insights are provided to cross-functional groups (PV, Regulatory, Market Access).
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor or holds a PhD/PharmD degree in Health Sciences.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a medical position, preferably as Medical Advisor or Medical Lead.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia market.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English languages.
