Paid Digital Media Manager
Job Description
As the Paid Digital Media Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid acquisition channels to drive audience growth and revenue. This mid-level role is critical for scaling our reach and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across key digital platforms. You will collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams primarily through asynchronous tools and scheduled video calls.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets
- Develop and implement audience targeting and segmentation
- Identify, test, and scale new paid media channels
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused paid media campaigns
- Relevant and current digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
