Job Description
Seddiqi Holding is looking for a Logistic Operative who will be part of our Logistics and Warehousing team and provide an accurate and prompt receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Responsibilities
- Undertakes receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensures that goods are correctly labeled, bar coded and located within the warehouse
- Ensures that all in-bound and out-bound delivery information is accurately keyed into the company systems
- Completes necessary documentation upon receipt or delivery of goods
- Checks and inspects goods received to ensure accurate quantity, reference, and quality
- Ensures the safe and efficient handling, loading, delivery and collection of goods
- Carries out stock and inventory control and maintains records of deliveries / collections and transfers
- Ensures the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
