Delivery Experience Senior Program Manager, Delivery Service Partners, Africa, Middle East, and Turkey

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Amazon Marketplace Experience Transformation (AMET) function for Delivery Associates (DAs) and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across Africa, Middle East, and Turkey. You will focus on local operations in Saudi Arabia while developing regional strategy. You will leverage listening channels to identify experience priorities and work cross-functionally to address improvement opportunities. This role serves as the strategic voice for delivery partners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for delivery partner experience. * Analyze insights from listening channels to identify experience priorities. * Draft strategy documents and present recommendations to senior leadership. * Manage partnerships with external entities for campaigns and benefits. * Lead country expansion efforts and new program launches. **Basic Qualifications:** * 5+ years of program or project management experience. * Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. * 5+ years of owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery. * Bachelor's degree. * English and Arabic language communication skills.
