Job Description
As a Key Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing the relationships with our clients and consolidating our presence on the local market along with expanding our client base. This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Italy, as the job requires regular business trips across Northern and Central Italy.
Responsibilities
- Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and develop relationship with signed partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities.
- Position the brand within the travel trade through presentations.
- Address incident issues and oversee transaction processing.
- Provide market and competitive analysis.
- Provide regular reporting through CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle.
- Experience within the travel, IT, or e-commerce industries (plus).
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Competence in API technology deals is a plus.
