Job Description
Supervises the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared to deliver an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Front Office operation
- Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels
- Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques
- Set departmental objectives and work schedules
- Manage staff performance issues
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the team
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of Front Office supervisory experience
