Job Description

Develop, execute, and coordinate sales activities within assigned Key Accounts to achieve BTC strategic goals. This role focuses on achieving sales and collection targets, managing customer contracts, and collaborating with internal departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned Key Accounts. * Meet monthly collection targets and ensure no outstanding amounts. * Prepare and submit accurate reconciliation reports. * Develop strategic plans category group. * Build coverage plans for 100% customer reach. * Lead negotiation and execution of contracts and BDAs. * Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. * Manage customer-specific budgets and forecasts. * Analyze sales performance and prepare forecasts. **Minimum Requirements:** * 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. * Knowledge of FMCG market trends.
