Branch Supervisor
Job Description
Al Rostamani International Exchange is a leader in providing currency exchange and international remittance services in the UAE. The purpose is to process Cash, Cheque, and other financial transactions in accordance with guidelines and supervise a team of staff to achieve financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Cash counters are operational
- Provide service as per established ARIE standards
- Ensure Customer Complaints/Feedbacks are addressed
- Ensure optimal profit margins are maintained
- Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling opportunities
- Manage Cash in Branch by maintaining adequate balances
- Responsible for security of Financial instruments
- Exercise due diligence in AML Compliance and KYC
- Monitor cashiers’ performance and identify training needs
Qualifications
- Graduate in any related field, preferably with Accounting background
- 5+ years of experience as a Cashier/Teller with at least 2 years in a senior branch operations role
