Highly creative and accomplished Executive Chef to lead a culinary team in a prestigious fine dining establishment. This position is responsible for menu development, food preparation, quality control, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative and seasonal menus
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation
- Managing kitchen staff hiring and training
- Controlling food costs and inventory
Qualifications
- Degree from a reputable culinary school
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end restaurant kitchens
- At least 5 years in an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
