Responsible for preparing and cooking food following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Supports the Chef de Partie in maintaining consistency and quality control within a luxury five-star hotel kitchen.

- Support Chef de Partie in maintaining consistency
- Ensure taste, temperature, and portion sizes are met
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Manage ingredient requisitions and stock levels
- Adhere to halal food preparation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in a luxury five-star hotel
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
