The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver superior consumer engagement. The role plays a pivotal part in shaping long-term brand strategy, overseeing product lifecycle management, and ensuring flawless execution of brand initiatives across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans
- Conduct market and consumer analysis
- Lead full product lifecycle management
- Manage annual brand budgets
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs
- Lead creative, media, and digital agencies
- Ensure adherence to brand identity and global guidelines
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management within FMCG
