Maintenance Manager - Riyadh
Job Description
ADB SAFEGATE is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage all maintenance activities for airfield ground lighting (AGL) and A-VDGS infrastructure in Riyadh. The role involves ensuring compliance with ICAO standards and contract specifications.
Responsibilities
- Direct maintenance and operational performance of AGL and A-VDGS infrastructure
- Represent ADBSG in client meetings
- Manage AGL maintenance team and ensure spare parts availability
- Supervise custodial services and special testing schedules
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor Quality Control and HSE plans
- Manage personnel, including recruitment and performance evaluation
- Present contract management reports and budgets
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AGL equipment and facilities maintenance management
- Fluency in English
