Job Description

The Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in the organization, responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive the organization’s mission and vision. The CEO will cultivate a high-performance culture, navigate complex market environments, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach to decision-making, embodying organizational values and creating a shared vision that aligns with diverse stakeholder interests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization
  • Lead and motivate senior management teams to achieve planned objectives
  • Oversee financial management and ensure sustainable growth through resource allocation
  • Engage with the Board of Directors, presenting insights on strategic initiatives and risks

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of formulating and implementing successful business strategies
  • Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance regulations, risk management protocols, and compliance frameworks
  • Expertise in change management and organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions processes
