Postpaid Offer Configuration
Job Description
The Postpaid Offer Configuration analyst supports the development and configuration of attractive and data-driven offers across Postpaid segments. Working closely with analytics, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely and insight-driven offer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for CVM offer configuration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign launches.
- Support in planning, configuring, and documenting new offers.
- Provide performance reports to monitor KPIs.
- Generate monthly CVM-related reports.
- Maintain effective coordination across teams when launching new initiatives.
- Assist with customer base segmentation analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MIS / BI / Data Analyst & Data Science or related field
