Senior Project Manager / Site Director Opportunity
Job Description
PAD – Plan Architecture & Design specializes in delivering complex, high-value residential and hospitality projects. Seeking an experienced professional to lead site execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole senior authority on site
- Exercise full control over site execution and coordination
- Directly manage consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Enforce quality benchmarks and contractual compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years’ post-qualification experience in senior site leadership roles
- Extensive experience working in the GCC is mandatory
- Proven experience on complex high-end residential or hospitality projects
