Head of Faculty | Immediate Start
Job Description
The Head of Faculty is responsible for providing professional leadership and management of the teaching team and students to ensure quality education and care. This role oversees day-to-day operations for all grades within the Charter Schools project in Al Ain.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day to day running of all grades
- Manage staff for excellent student outcomes
- Ensure health and safety of children and staff
- Develop a team culture and improve effectiveness
- Accountable for effective teaching and learning across the section
- Evaluate the quality of teaching and take accountability for self-evaluation
- Monitor and analysis of data to support student achievement
- Communicate professionally with parents
Qualifications
- BA in Education (or similar relevant topic)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in educational leadership roles
- Experience in an American curriculum is an advantage
- Inter-culturally aware with well-developed communication skills
