Account Manager-Accommodation Services
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager - Accommodation to join our Accommodation Services and Projects team in our Headquarters, located in Transguard AQ 14. Account Manager - Accommodation Services and Projects is responsible for safe, efficient, and financially effective accommodation support services within budgetary guidelines. This role involves managing administrative staff, developing policies and procedures, and coordinating with other departments and suppliers. Responsible for the entire operations of all T-Mart branches.
Responsibilities
- Oversee laundry operations and T-Mart operations
- Responsible for preparing business cases for T-Marts/Kiosks
- Manage Time & Attendance (T&A) for site-based staff
- Responsible for finance reporting and journal entries
- Examine and confirm vendor invoices and rebates
- Focal point for escalations related to Payroll, HR, Procurement, and Finance
- Handle invoicing and reconciliations for Sublease Clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience required in the industry
- Diploma or bachelor's degree qualified
- 10 years in Management role
