Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic junior software developer to join our banking technology team. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer science who is eager to begin a career in software development within the banking and financial services sector. The developer will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of secure and high-performance banking applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining banking and financial applications under the guidance of senior developers
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Support the development of applications such as core banking systems and digital channels
- Fix bugs and support enhancements in existing systems
- Work closely with QA testers and business analysts
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance
- Participate in code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in software development or internships
