Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Description
This role leads the strategic vision and execution of talent acquisition for a fast-growing SaaS organization. You will design scalable hiring strategies and build a high-performing recruitment function.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve company-wide talent acquisition strategy
- Partner with executives to forecast hiring needs
- Lead and coach a high-performing recruiting team
- Oversee TA technology and analytics
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition in a high-growth SaaS company
- Deep knowledge of SaaS talent landscapes (Technical, GTM, Leadership)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and HRIS
