ZAIN2139 - RAN Optimization Engineer Team Member
Job Description
The RAN Optimization Engineer is responsible for monitoring RAN network performance for all technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, FLTE) through participating in tests; identifying related issues, and taking necessary actions to resolve them. The role includes participation in configuration activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources and maintain network performance levels.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Radio Frequency (RF) drive tests and data analysis
- Monitoring RAN Key Performance Indicators
- Analyzing network performance for Huawei and Nokia systems
- Handling configuration and traffic re-engineering
- Acceptance of new sites/technologies
- Supporting customer complaints team for area-level issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or any related field
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
