Job Description
Neex is a leading online CFD brokerage, offering clients seamless access to Forex, Indices, Commodities, and more. This leadership role is responsible for owning and driving the company’s global/regional sales strategy, delivering revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Execute effective go-to-market plans.
- Close complex, high-value commercial deals.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with mandatory expertise in Forex and CFDs.
- Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Punjabi is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and blockchain technologies.
