Privatization Sr. Specialist
Job Description
To assist the dept. head in providing strategic role in empowering and supporting Environment Centers in successfully transferring ownership or management of specific environmental services to the private sector through privatization or Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures, as well as to secure investment opportunities that are aligned with the Environment Fund's mission and environmental sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Support development of privatization and investment strategy
- Analyze potential investment proposals
- Act as Point of Contact for PPP opportunities with external stakeholders (NCP, MOF, etc.)
- Manage the budget for the Privatization & Investment department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for privatization
- Track project expenses and maintain accurate financial records
- Validate business cases and procurement plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy, Finance, or Accounting
- + 3 years experience in investment field
